I echo what Chef Char is saying about kitchen reno. I am in process, There are rules, the 'triangle', but as Chef Char said, think about how you work.?

It's really fun because daily she'll send me an updated video and I love watching it. There are rules for triangle but a shark said think about how you work. Yeah, you do have to think about how you work and Of my husband came with me to every kitchen appointment that I had in his idea was very different than mine and so on a funny note. There are some things I don't like about my kitchen and that's because my husband picked them out, but don't tell him that friend. Those are great words and friend if you want to chime in about a sugar-free. I think that would be good. I do want to say you know, I love grocery stores. I think go to the grocery stores seven days a week and I'm just mesmerized and with the influx of seeing the word plant-based in so many boxed Foods including baked items plant-based. Take mixes and other things like that. This is where you really need to take a deep dive into reading the ingredients that are on the label. because 15 years ago, you didn't see the word plant-based maybe once in a while. You saw the word vegan. The food didn't have the the I'm not going to use the word certificated but now everybody is making plant-based foods and you're seeing the word on every thing from candy bars to made burgers, but you've got to read the ingredients. I realize that we all follow planet-based leading diet for different reasons if health is your main concern reading the labels is very very important and I do think that You know a piece of birthday cake once a year might be a really nice treat as long as it's you know, plant-based in my husband had a birthday a couple of weeks ago and I went to my favorite vegan bakery here in town and Cake was enjoyed by all take us in something you need every day at least.
