This is where you really need to take a deep dive into reading the ingredients that are on the label. because 15 years ago, you didn't see the word plant-based maybe once in a while. You saw the word vegan. The food didn't have the the I'm not going to use the word certificated but now everybody is making plant-based foods and you're seeing the word on every thing from candy bars to made burgers, but you've got to read the ingredients. I realize that we all follow planet-based leading diet for different reasons if health is your main concern reading the labels is very very important and I do think that You know a piece of birthday cake once a year might be a really nice treat as long as it's you know, plant-based in my husband had a birthday a couple of weeks ago and I went to my favorite vegan bakery here in town and Cake was enjoyed by all take us in something you need every day at least.
