When a recipe calls for smoked tofu, does it come this way or do I give it that flavor?

Answer:
So there are smoked tofu. Items in the tofu case and you might want to check the ingredients to see what's in there. If you go to the Rouxbe recipe for a smoked tofu, one of the ingredients in a side from a low sodium tamari is liquid smoke. If you don't have liquid smoke you can use smoked paprika, which really renders a very lovely lovely smoked flavor, but I think making your own is the best way to go because it's more cost-effective and you know every ingredient that's in there.
