When I make a parfait out of silken tofu and bananas it turns brown, what can I add to keep it from turning brown?

Answer:

Bananas instantially will turn brown when they're exposed to often. You could sprinkle some lemon juice on them or and and to your parfaits and esselsten always adds a little freshly squeeze lime juice which actually works beautifully with the tofu, but it also helps to preserve the flat the flavors of the of the fruit and maybe add something like a mango or add some berries or something else so that there are a ton of a ton of bananas you could also candy the bananas if you wanted to or dehydrate them or something to use them that way but remember bananas during very very quickly, but I do like the idea of a of a parfait and I love a parfait that has a topping of Ezekiel cereal mixed with the apple juice to me. There's nothing more delicious in the world. Hope that helps.
