Are there plant based recipes for specific medical needs?

Answer:

So last summer I am what the resident chef at a an urban farm in Philadelphia and one of the volunteers would always come over and she'd say Chef Shaun. What did you meet today? And I would say, you know, whatever. It was that I made and she would walk away and say candida today can't even today and then one day we harvested eggplant and she said I can eat those. So I was happy to find something like that. But that's your original question. Um, I think fresh fruit might be your best bet and if you can Do things like tofu? And maybe make a nice little creamy topping out of that that might work. We don't really need to have Honey, or maple syrup. There's delicious deliciousness in all of the things that we eat. But I do understand how you have to really keep an eye on especially your potassium. And the things that you need to eat, I'm trying to think of. some of the position cookbooks and nothing comes to mind right now. I can think of. Dr. Monica aggarwal but most of her recipes are for heart health, but I'm going to see I I think I have a resource for you. And if you want to email me at Char@rouxbe.com, but you sounds like you already know what you need to avoid, which is a good thing and it's kind of interesting because there are many many people in this Arena who will say and there's no sugar in it. But the reality is that date sugar is sugar honey, sugar maple syrup or sugar and that we still have to be careful of those aside from whatever medical needs but that they're also very calorically dense. So I appreciate hearing from you Linda and I'm going to put some thought into that for you.
