Question:
Many of the recipes on Rouxbe have oil as an ingredient. Forks does not use oils. I am confused.?

Answer:
So Diana, um Rouxbe offers a host of different courses and Forks Over Knives is only one of those so, um, we have courses from Jacques Pepin who Fully uses oils and Butters and all kinds of different animal products from caviar to duck and all kinds of different things in it. So we have a host of different kinds of classes including a couple from Forks Over Knives, which is great. But that means that our library of recipes is pretty and intensive. It has a whole lot of different things into it. There are many that have no oil and there is a filter that you can actually use on those to find the no oil ones or specifically look just the Forks Over Knives recipes for those the plant-based Pro a lot of those are no oil as well, but not 100% of them at the same time. So that is the reason you finding some probably that do use oils is that we have so many different kinds of recipes from all over the place and forks is just one of the many many classes or the many partners that we have as well. So I hope that helps out a little bit on the confusion.
