What is a good flour or combination of flours to make gluten free bread with?

Answer:

So if you're worrying about cross-contamination, you know a number of flowers that are just pre-made are great to get in a Bobs and Red Mill. It's one of the ones that I would typically use for, you know, a general all purpose, but you know They and that's specifically because they have a completely different facility for their gluten-free flowers versus their regular flowers. Now as far as you know, as as far as combinations of different ones, it really kind of depends on what you're doing, you know example gum, and it's kind of used in a lot of different flowers to be able to put into it to be able to retain moisture and kind of hold things together as well too. So sometimes I see people putting like a tablespoon of that and with the general all-purpose flour to be able to kind of create that moisture to be able to hold into it as well too. But yeah, but just a general all-purpose from Bob's not Red Mill can actually work really well, too.
