Question:

What are the differences between stock based clear soup and broth based clear soup?

— Maryam Arnous

Answer:

So that typically the stock versus broth is actually used in meat terms and the broth is typically yeah. It's like a clear thing that you're actually straining everything off of this stock is actually made from a bone as well too. So if you have bones and like the stock like a lot of like beef broths and chicken stock so actually have the bone plus the meat and everything in there and then you drain everything off of it and scoop the the fat off the top of it as well. We're a stock is typically and vegetable based, you know, as well and the clear soup again, both of those just being strained off quite a bit. So you'll strain them off through just a strainer and then use a cheese cloth and continue that process until it becomes very clear we Great stock and broth recipes on our websites too to be able to go through those as well. But that's the biggest difference between those two is one's a meat based ones and vegetable based.
