Any food suggestions to prevent Dementia? Or to help someone who already has it?

I I don't know much about the you know reversal or helping but really that fact that I mentioned that the outset that people who in midlife are living with obesity are three times more likely to get dementia really it's about eating a diversity of healthy foods, mostly plants and whole grains throughout our life that really is the key that idea of neuroplasticity that we can still create new Pathways and Connections in our brains is a is very powerful as to reversing the course of dementia. I don't know and cannot speak to that. So but really it's those Omega-3s whole grains leafy greens and fruits. So, there you go.
