Let's you know, think of other sort of moist spread like items, you know such as pesto or tapenade which is a an olive paste or you know, a course paste, you know, these are things that can add flavor and importantly moisture to a sandwich they are often not the primary filling okay of the sandwich hummus could be or it could be a secondary just a moisture and flavored lending ingredients for the sandwich, you know, also, You know consider other being purees or Bean spreads in the spirit of hummus. Also consider adding herbs or spices to Hummus to create many different varieties. And one thing that I like to do is add Indian pickles to Hummus to blend that in to create something very tasty. And so you can have a lot of variety from just a single ingredient like hummus. Okay, you know also consider other things like roasted vegetables or grilled vegetables sauteed vegetables, whatever it is that you like those things can go into a sandwich to create a very nice feeling along with hummus or pesto or tapenade or something else.
