When using an oven thermometer to test for temperature accuracy, where is the best place to put it in the oven?

Answer:
That's a good question. And one that many of my students have asked over time. I keep one on the scent. Close to the center of the center rack and one on the top and that's where I keep them. That's where I keep them.
