Do gas ovens bake differently from electric ovens? Which one would you recommend?

I did write that. while gas ovens heat faster They do have more hot spots, but that's not the only reason electric Ovens that are a decent electric oven is going to give you. A more consistently successful baked goods. So if you're in the market for a new oven, that is something that you can do. All right. Good luck.
