Question:
I have an oven that has a convection setting. Should I use it? What types of recipes would perform well with convection? Are there any times to avoid the convection setting?

Answer:
I'm really jealous of you because my next oven will have a convey convection apparatus to it essentially a convection oven is what an air fryer is so I say that you can use it for whatever you want to especially for things like roasting vegetables or baking some tofu or making a casserole so that there's that air circulating throughout I often suggest to people to read very well. The owner is manual so that you understand how your oven works and what it will do best with but I'm going to say that if I had a convection oven I would cook everything in the world in it. So that's a very very good question.
