How do you manage or log your inspirational dishes ,ideas . Is there a method to it . Pen and paper or easier or easier on screen?

Answer:
You know, I do a little bit of both when I
come across websites or
blogs or other information online. I'll bookmark
it and so I've got a list, you
know of some sites that might reference once in
a while and then I've also
It kind of fall back on pen and
paper that that old school method. I just I like to handle
that sort of material as part
of the aesthetic that I like. And so, you know,
I do have recipes and
you know, usually with notes in the margins that I've
made modifications to the recipe that I've made that or
in a folder that's
accessible in the kitchen. And so those
that will come out once in a while, you know,
when I want to sort of when I
want some help remembering some things that
I've done in the past and then also I've
got a bunch of books. In fact, I think every
room in the house has
Food books most of them
probably have some recipes in them, but others are
food history and food culture and food economy.
And in other books on food, but you know,
I've got a lot of little sticky
notes that I have used
to earmark recipes or
photographs or or other
ideas that I might go to every once
in a while to again refresh my memory
and stir up some inspiration.
