Question:
What to do with leftover almond pulp?
— Tokie Williams
Answer:
What I like to do with my leftover almond pulp is to get a baking sheet line up with parchment paper, put the pulp on it, spread it out, and then bake it until it becomes a light, light, light golden brown. And I save it to put in salads, I save it as a garnish. Um, there are just many things that you can do with it. If you wanted to have, um, a jelly sandwich, you could sprinkle some of that almond, that roasted almond dust, I like to call it. And it would certainly add some flavor to your dish. Um, I know some people, um, don't have the time or the energy or whatever to, um, wanna go through all of that and they will use it to compost or they will use it as fertilizer on their plants. So whichever road you decide to choose, I think will be a great one. But congratulations on making your own almond milk. I think that that is, uh, really a very, very good one.
