Can you sous vide tofu to infuse more intense flavors?

So thinking at the top of my head, I'm wondering about the texture of the tofu. So I think that you would probably have to go with super firm because if you went with a firm regular tofu, it might fall apart, uh, in the sous vide process, but I think it might, uh, also help to give you the flavor. So I'm assigning the test to you that you must try some super firm tofu in your sovi and get back to us and tell us what you thought. Very good question. Thank you very much, Paul.
