Question:
Any suggestions on how to store homemade dressings like balsamic vinaigrette? How to prevent separation? Should I pop it back into the blender to regain the right consistency?
— Paul Delva
Answer:
So first rule is, um, more than, uh, well, dressing will last you for five days, but who has the dressing that lasts for five days? Most of us are using dressings as, you know, marinade to saute with other things like that. So my question would be, uh, you make it and then you put it into a mason jar, and then you just shake, shake, shake, shake, shake. Um, you can also use a, uh, milk frother. Uh, I use the milk frother all the time in my jars. I just take it, turn it on, and this way I don't have to get a blender out. I don't have to get out the ninja thing, I just use that little, um, uh, frother and it does a perfect, perfect job. So you might want to, uh, think about using that.
