So in terms of, of, um, uh, you know, brands, um, uh, you know, I would say that really depends on your budget. Okay? Uh, because cookware, as we know, um, can span quite a, a, a range of prices. And, uh, you know, if possible try, uh, cooking on different branded products, uh, you know, maybe friends or family already have some that you can try out, that would be the best thing to do. Okay? And then you can see, uh, if you like it or not. And other considerations are, um, how heavy the cookware is. Um, some, uh, expensive, uh, you know, robust cookware is also very heavy, uh, on its own. And once we load it up with food, it becomes very heavy and uncomfortably so for a lot of cooks. And so I think it's important to think about that, uh, as well, you know, as the construction of the, uh, the pan, uh, itself. Okay. Um, you know, another thing is if you can get your hands on the pan, what I like to do is, um, I'll grab the pan and grab the handle, and I'll just see how, how solid, uh, the handle and the attachment is to the pan. I, in other words, I don't want much movement at all. I don't want any flex in there. I want a, a nice solidly built pan. Um, I've come across pans that, um, I have bent in the store. I have come across pans that I've, I've, I actually broken a piece off, and I kind of look around and I put it back on the shelf and I walk away. Um, but look for good quality cookware. Okay? Um, take a look at a place like Costco, um, which has a history of offering sets of stainless steel cookware, um, that provide a really good value. And, uh, you know, their Kirkland brand is one example. They often, uh, will offer others. Um, but, uh, you know, outside of that brand name, there are many, many good choices out there. Okay? So, uh, take those things into consideration, uh, and, uh, try to test them out, uh, if possible. Okay? Thank you.
