How do you turn cooking/nutrition into something more than a hobby? (like make it count for college)

Answer:

So I think the first thing you're asking is perhaps, uh, about credit, uh, in college. And I'll mention a couple of things. Um, you know, one is that, you know, we do have some courses that qualify for college credits. And, um, you know, if you want more information on that, uh, um, some of that information is probably accessible, uh, on our website, or reach out to us supportat@Rouxbe.com, and, you know, we can have a more direct conversation with you. Uh, you know, another, uh, option is to, uh, look at college majors, uh, that focus on this area of cooking and nutrition. And there are certainly many options out there, um, and, uh, you know, whether it's a major or a minor or, you know, some other, uh, way of connecting, uh, cooking and nutrition to, you know, other, uh, uh, disciplines of study. Okay? So there are certainly some options out there to do that. All right? Um, and, and, and, you know, this can vary widely, uh, depending on the type of nutrition, meaning, um, the perspective, um, the approach to nutrition that you wanna take, all right? Whether it's a, uh, a western, I'll say Western approach, um, um, many times, uh, you know, which is grounded in, um, um, uh, uh, biology and microbiology and, and, uh, you know, these, these, uh, um, areas of study, um, there is the Ayurvedic approach, uh, to nutrition. And Ayurveda has a, a, a very, very different theoretical foundation, uh, that its study is based on. And, uh, so that brings in a very different perspective and way to approach, uh, the diet and cooking and holistic health. And, um, so those are just a couple of examples to consider. Thank you.
