What has your experience been when serving savory oats as a side dish to guests?

Answer:
I've had a good experience with that. I think of oats, they're grain. So I will often make a side dish using oats. I might bake them with other vegetables, some really nice warming spices. And I don't necessarily call it out, but people enjoy it, you know, good food prepared thoughtfully with a good flavor profile, people are going to like it.
