Can you mix oat flour with any other type?

Well, yes, you can mix oat flour with almost any other type of flour. You really do need to mix. Um, you do need to add other flour if you're, if you're making a cake, for example, or cookies, well, let's say cake, you're, there is no gluten in oats, you're gonna have to use some other flour. So any, you know, any flour that you want is fine.
