What is the nutritional difference between sprouted and rolled oats?

Answer:

So I have seen a number of, um, ss spreaded grains, s spreaded flour, sprouted oats in fact in the marketplace. I don't use them, but I will tell you that sprouted oats or any grain, you know, any grain the grains we're talking about are seeds. So sprouted grains are simply whole grain seeds that have begun to germinate and then they're harvested before they can grow into plants. There are people and studies who believe that the nutrients inside the seed are more readily, readily accessible to the growing plant and perhaps to the human body. So as to whether they're good for us or better for us, the studies aren't different, the studies aren't definitive. Anecdotally sprouted oats are said to be slightly sweeter and slightly chewier.
