What leavening agent can be used when making bread from only oat flour?

Answer:

I have never used a hundred percent oat flour to make bread. It's hard for me to imagine that you could, that doesn't mean that you can't. Um, I would probably be using oat flour, some rolled oats and another flour, um, with some gluten in it or a combination of gluten-free flowers, uh, leavening agents for I, and I don't know if you're talking about a quick bread or a yeasted bread, if it's a quick bread, you wanna add baking powder and baking soda if you're not using eggs for sure, maybe some apple cider vinegar.
