Recently I was gifted some fermented chickpeas, how would you suggest I use them?

Answer:

You can just use 'em as normal chickpeas. Uh, fermented hummus is great. I don't, if you've never tried that, I would highly recommend giving that a try. Um, that's primarily the way that they're used is the most, most of the time they're used, um, in a hummus to be able to get just kind of a little bit of funkier flavored hummus. I've also seen fermented, uh, chickpeas being used in chickpea yogurt as a vegan yogurt as well, which is quite good. Um, and that's usually just using, uh, the chickpeas to make a chickpea milk, um, letting them ferment and then turning that into a yogurt, which is a pretty cool way to be able to use those.
