Can you talk a little bit more about intermittent fasting?

Answer:

I mean, we have an intermittent fasting every night when we go to bed and then we wake up, right? We're breaking the fast. It's B fast, B fast, breaking the fast. So we do, I do, and I have always been a big believer in like trying to get all your, all your eating in before like 7 30, 8 o'clock at night, which some people can't do because, um, they're busy working and I get that. So I like to work within the person's lifestyle. But yes, our bodies need to totally regenerate and clean house and um, and to be able to absorb the nutrients and to bring 'em to all the places in our body that needs them.
