Hey everyone, chef Char here, getting ready for the holidays with three quick tips. The first one is get your grandmother's China out of the cabinet and wash it at least a week in advance. This way you'll have nice clean dust-free dishes. The next thing is, if you're having a buffet, have some cards out with the name of the dish and its ingredients. Make sure the font is big enough for anyone to read and understand. And lastly, but not least, head to the dollar store or wherever and get some to go dishes so that you can pack a beautiful dinner for everyone to take home and remember the fun they have at your table.
