we do address the insta pot. We haven't actually done this sous vide except for just the traditional sous vide but not like the machine and I think that's what you're talking about. They have become very popular and they're all kinds of different things that are you know coming out for those but they kind of are you know dump and cook kind of things so there's not a whole lot of technique around those so we don't have a ton of recipes around them. You will find a couple kind of mentions on them, especially some of the side bars that you'll see but I can't think of any in particular there might be a couple that are in there but some of the most also work too. So like the ten Jean would be something that might work in some of those techniques as well and especially some of the soups, you know, making the stocks from scratch. Either the simple vegetable stock or the the fall is actually another one of those that might be a great one that would work in the instapot as well. But those are things to be able to kind of make it easier some of the classes, you know, most of the classes we teach her specifically talking about the technique of those two. So those again kind of a little more kind of leave, you know set it and leave it and don't worry about it, which are great saving time things. Don't get me wrong, but I can't think of any instant Pot recipes that we have directly on the site, but if somebody knows different definitely correct me on that. So hope that helps a little bit.
