What's the difference between the cashew cream and butter?

Answer:
The difference between the cream and the butter is basically texture and how long or how much moisture's in it, right? So the cream is just, it's really just like a cream. So, uh, it, it's pourable slightly, you know, it's gonna be a little bit thicker, but it is still pourable where the butter is actually pretty hard and it should be that. So, um, you can have it a little moisture to it to be able to help spread it, but by and large you're trying to get most of the moisture out of it and that'll actually turn it into the butter.
