People always ask me, oh, what kind of knife should I get? And I act like, yeah, you know, fancy chef knives. But these are the knives that, um, I use on the Charlie cart. And, uh, they're made by Vionic and they're made in Switzerland, and they're, um, the best knife I've ever had. They cut anything, they work beautifully.
