Question:

What is the chocolate you like to use?

— Theresa Eury

Answer:

Okay, it was Trader Joe's, 72% cocoa, dark chocolate bar, cacao, cocoa, cacao, whatever. Um, 72%. And there the only thing in here is unsweetened chocolate, some sugar cocoa powder and soy. Less of them as an emulsifier. Uh, four grams of fiber per serving and seven grams of added sugar per serving. So like almost a teaspoon and a half. So you don't need to add any extra in there and it doesn't taste super sweet, but the sweetness helps to decrease the bitterness in the chocolate. So I find that that's the best one I've used and I've tried them all. You can also use chocolate chips if you want to go that way and make it easier if you don't have a double boiler and you wanna use a microwave.
