What do you suggest as a quick appetizer (hors d'ouvre) like a great dip, simple but class?

Answer:

Well, you're talking in my language here. I love dips. I just, I do. Um, there's always hummus, which doesn't sound maybe classy, but you can make it look really beautiful with smoked paprika and, um, herbs and things. And I really, people love hummus and it is something that's really quick. I went out with a couple of friends who were all members of La Dam Deco Philadelphia. We went to a very beautiful swanky hotel the other night in Philadelphia, the Four Seasons, and it's a Jean George restaurant and we ordered a dip that was, so we ordered two so good that Kathy Gold, who you have seen, if you've gone to the library, the Rouxbe Live events library and seen the Vanilla Live event, then you know, Kathy Gold. Um, but it was delic hotta squash and some tahini and zatar blended and it was as smooth as could be and it was served with crackers, pita chips, and also fresh vegetables ate. So I think those are really easy and can be made very, very, very quickly and happy holiday to you and I hope you enjoy making your appetizers.
