Is it better to decant dry ingredients or is it better to leave in the original packaging?

Answer:
And I would say that it, it just depends. I have, you know, I have these containers here just because it's easier for me to decant. Um, I keep everything airtight and labeled, so I tend to decant. But you know, I use, I use jars. I don't go, you know, I love to go into the container store or watch those shows on TV where everything's matchy matchy and I just, I can't do that. So I wanna be more sustainable. But what you wanna do, Diane, is make sure that some of the ingredients, your whole grain flowers, your nuts and your seeds and flakes, for example, are kept cold.
