I would put them in an airtight container, and I would, before I even cover the top, I would use a piece of either parchment paper or, um, wax paper, or if you like to use plastic wrap so that it doesn't get freezer burn. So I would dig it into that. Um, I have some, uh, some fruit powder. I just keep it in the refrigerator because I use it on a more regular basis. But your freezer is good. Prevent freezer, burn date, it, name it. So that after five to six months, if you're doing an excursion in your freezer, wanting to know what something is that you have an idea about that, uh, blueberry powder or whatever.
