Where do you get low sodium tamari?

Answer:

I think that we'll go back to the lemon. We'll go back to making our own sauces. Um, we'll go back from maybe starting out with some brags, uh, coconut aminos, which work very well. Uh, maybe go to a 50% of the Tamari. Um, again, it's all a process. If you knew me, um, 15 years ago before I was plant-based, I would be jonesing for salt. So, uh, make food that's tasty. Use herbs, use lots of spices. Um, I also find, and this, this, uh, is just an interesting observation for myself, that the fresher the food, the better it tastes. So, um, I will treat myself to a farmer's market on the weekend, um, and cook wisely and cook smart, and also take advantage of my freezer and try not eating out as much because, uh, the reason why food generally tastes good when you eat out is because there's a ton of sodium, uh, in that food.
