How long does apple sauce last once it's opened?

Answer:
You know, I always buy the smallest jar of applesauce. Uh, so I think it is a 16 ounce jar that, and it has two cups of applesauce in it. So for cooking, uh, if I'm making muffins or waffles or pancakes or whatever, um, I would use about a cup and I, I'll date it with a Sharpie. And if it's coming up on, uh, it's near end date, which is about five days in the fridge, uh, I'll just eat the apple sauce myself as a, a dessert or a snack or something like that. So the refrigerator usually has a five day shelf life for anything that you have opened. So that's the general Rouxbe rule of thumb, uh, eating a whole food plant-based diet.
