Question:
Talking about cast iron skillets, there's one that has walls, and there's another one almost flat. Does this matter? Is it worth buying the ones with the grill pattern? (rows)

Answer:
Oh, I have the grill pattern one, and I absolutely love it for, uh, grilling eggplant. Uh, I love it for, um, the, um, Brussels sprouts assignment, which is one of my favorite all times. And I love, uh, I'll heat the pan first and then put the Brussels sprouts in so that there's a little extra heat and sizzle for that. But yes, the grill pan, it's about, uh, 10 inches by 10 inches, works perfectly black. And Decker makes a wonderful, wonderful model. You can find it at places like, uh, TJ Maxx or, uh, target for $20. So, uh, if you wanna try that, I would definitely suggest, uh, an outing to target, but only to the housewares department because you know what happens when you go to Target, um, you kind of get distracted by everything that's, that's there. So, uh, that would be my suggestion.
