I'm having a problem using up what is in my kitchen for the pantry reset. Don't want to waste food. What do I cook as I transition?

Answer:

So transitioning into the course. I know we do a thing where you clean out your covers and you want to try to get rid of all that stuff. So I have no idea what you have in your in your kitchen, so I can't really tell you what to cook on that. But if you're talking about the transition of Um, yeah, if you're trying to get rid of the old stuff, I have no idea what to recommend to you because I don't know the way you ate before but if you're doing it as a transition, you're 90 day course and you're on the plant-based meals those are things, you know to be able to plan out a little bit when you're looking at that transition on cooking from the way you did from before just remember as you're cooking you're probably gonna have some leftovers or some things and to plan ahead for those as your meals. Pardon me most people when they're cooking for the courses. Pardon me? We'll plan out a certain number of hours are doing for the week. So you do a certain number of dishes for that week as well. Most people only do a couple dishes per week depending on how they're progressing as well. But just think of those and how you're going to progress with those dishes and what you're going to do with that food afterward. How are you going to store it? You're gonna people over for dinner. We're gonna time it so you get just to make just you with the time and shooting the food so you can show the instructors. So a lot of different things for that. I hope that helps I'm not 100% sure if I answered that correctly.
