So yes, you can definitely make white miso at home, but it's quite the process and it takes quite a bit. Um, there is a blogger, a vlogger and his name is his, uh, it's Pro Home Cook. And Patrick, if you don't mind putting the link in there, he is a great, um, source for doing things like he, he actually makes misos, he'll do some fermented foods as well too, but I actually love some of the stuff he does. He does a lot of meat as well, but there are a lot of fun things that he does like, uh, white Miso that he actually does, which is great 'cause he'll actually show you the tamari that comes off the side and everything as well too. But it is quite the process to do it. Um, the great thing is white miso is pretty stable, so you, you should be able to order online. Pretty easy to be able to get it to you as well too. Um, but uh, yeah, you should be able to order it online and get it to your house pretty easy as a white miso depending on where you are in the world 'cause it's a little hard sometimes.
