What is the best brand of vegan dark chocolate bar on the market, to date?

Answer:
You might have seen me with all of these labels. And then over here I have all of these bars. I've got Chaco love Theo. This is something that I picked up when I was out with Chef Char Nolan, who if you're a Rouxbe student, surely you know Chef Char and I think she took me to Aldi supermarket, which I had never been to. And I bought two of these bars because it says fair trade and it no high fructose corn syrup, which shouldn't be in chocolate anyway, no certified synthetic colors, which shouldn't be in chocolate anyway. But the, you know, it's chocolate liquor sugar and SOEs than there is some cocoa pattern here. So I'm seeing a trend which shouldn't be happening, but that bar is delicious. So the right chocolate to use is the one that meets your requirements for if you care about ethics and flavor. We do, you know, you have to taste some chocolate and decide which one you like. So I don't have a best brand for you. I do like Verona very much. Um, I like Velcade, which is a Swiss chocolate that's available to the trade only. Um, oh my gosh, I like some guitar. I like some of the supermarket brands too. So do a little tasting and decide. I hope that helps you.
