I just cooked Halibut with Lemon-Dill Beurre Blanc however the fish fillet got so mushy and the sauce was not with the right consistency.?

Answer:

Well, uh, I, I'm not a a fish cooker, uh, but for any basic recipe, it's always important to check the internal temperature, uh, of your oven. I don't know if you roast it or this, or pan fried it, but having an accurate temperature is always important. And as for the lemon deal B Blanc, um, I'm not sure what your other ingredients are. What we'll do is we'll tag this question and send it to one of the other instructors who'll be able to answer it for you, um, in a more efficient manner. But for everyone, um, the LCD readout on your oven, uh, there might be a, an incongruity from the actual internal temp. And this is where you go and pick up, uh, an internal, uh, oven thermometer so that you can get a true readout for the middle shelf of your oven.
