And so first of all, you know, check out her website, which is Fran costigan.com and you'll also see a reference to a couple of her books. Okay, and then you know when the time is right for you Louis, you might consider enrolling in her course, you know through Rouxbe and it's the vegan the essential vegan desserts course and in that course Fran who does all the grading so you'll have a lot of contact with Fran and have a chance to ask a lot of your good questions. She covers a lot of different grounds, you know in the in the the baking and broader dessert world, but but all of it is going to be you know plant-based and that's a fun course to do check that out.
