Are there any pointers you have for people pursuing private chef as a career?

Answer:

It's basically, if you're looking to become a private chef, is being able to kind of get out there again, um, get in the public eye as much as you can, learn as much as you can to be able to get the qualifications you need, but also to be able to, um, get in front of people so people will actually hire you. Um, start out small, don't take off a bigger bite than you can chew. Um, you're not the executive chef at a, you know, million dollar, uh, a year restaurant to start out, right? You're starting small, and just remember that and be humble about it.
