Well, to get a moist result, Rosie, you are gonna need, it's a lot more than the buckwheat flour. And mostly this is used in combination. Buckwheat has a strong flavor. So you want to add to a recipe that you already know works. Start with adding maybe 20% buckwheat flour and see how that feels. And then if you like that, you can go up.
