What do you use to grind the chia seeds and how long can you store them?

Answer:
I have a small coffee grinder that I use to grind flax and chia seeds and some other things, and then wash it out really, really well. And, um, I store, I mean, I don't make quantities like this when I'm grinding Chia and flax, but I keep them in my refrigerator probably for a couple of weeks. My fridge holds nice and cold and the jar is absolutely clean that they're going into and tightly, tightly stored.
