Question

It is always challenging to learn and practice alone. Do you have any specific advice for self-motivation?
Answer
You know, I am gonna kind of, uh, direct the mirror back to you, ma, and, you know, and to ask you to think about in any other situation, uh, what helps with your motivation, um, you know, for, uh, you know, for me, it could be the right kind of music and maybe even the volume of that music in the background, right? As I cook, um, you know, sometimes it is, uh, the sunshine on a beautiful spring day that, uh, puts a little pep in my walk and, uh, gets me going in the kitchen as well. Um, so think, think about those things, you know, what is it that, uh, that helps you along, uh, to do other things as well, whether it's cleaning the house or maybe doing homework, or getting some other thing done, um, that, uh, that needs to be done. Okay? But those are a couple that come to mind for me. Um, you know, uh, you know, I, I guess, uh, you want a, a personal sort of anecdote, you know, I'll, uh, I'll, I'll share another thing, and that is that food generally, uh, is pretty exciting to me. And I, I'm, I'm curious about food. Um, I'm curious about, um, uh, the, the history and, and sort of the, the geographic connections of food through culture. And so I like to try out, uh, different, um, ingredients as well as different preparations just to understand, you know, how to handle something, uh, a food item, uh, in a new way. And, um, uh, so, you know, think about where your, your, uh, your inspirations lie, and try to try to push those buttons and, uh, and get yourself up and going.
