I am getting requests for catering. I've done two events that went well, but any resources you could recommend?

Answer:

Yes, I've got you know one book that's sort of that at my fingertips here and This book is by a person named Denise vivaldo and it's called. parties Do it For Less and so, you know in this particular book Denise talks about cooking on a large scale and she comes from a professional catering background and has a lot of tips and and some approaches on how you scale up or down the volume from you know, a dozen people to multiples of that. Okay. So this is a place to start there's another book out there that's been around for a while and I think it's called something like Cooking for 50 something like that and it's a book that has been used often on in catering courses in professional culinary schools. And you know this it's a textbook of sorts. And you might give that a search and you know, see what you come up with.
