Well, if you ever go to H Mart, the world's largest Asian grocery chain, there's one a couple of miles from where I live. And when I go there, I I'm there for like two hours because I'm just so intrigued and so amazed by the produce and the grocery aisle and other things like that. Um, you have to read the label. Uh, miso comes in all different forms. You can get garbanzo bean miso, you can get soybean miso. It comes in three colors, red, yellow, and white. Um, you've got a, there's low sodium miso. So I think that if you are in, uh, near an Asian community or an Asian shopping center, that you will find that there are many, many, many types of, um, miso. And you do have to read the label, which brings me to, um, two things. Worcester shear is not vegan, and fish sauce obviously is not vegan, but there are many recipes where you can make your own fish free or vegan fish sauce. And there's also a brand, and the, the name doesn't come into my head right now, but, uh, yeah, that's a very, very good, uh, observation.
