Um, well, oil can have, can, can play different roles in baking, but one of them is to provide moisture. It really depends on what it is you're making. But, uh, one of the, the roles is to provide moisture. And, and one way to do that is to use, um, a, uh, a vegetable or, um, fruit puree. And the one, uh, approach that I've used in the past is to use, um, applesauce, uh, or even banana puree. And, um, you know, those things, um, add a, a lot of moisture, um, that's, uh, held in place by the fiber, you know, through that baking process. So those are a couple of quick ideas. Uh, take a, a look online as well to see what other bakers are doing. And, um, I think you'll, you'll find some choices that you can tinker with in the kitchen.
