Hi again Chef Eric, I watched a video on FOK site that suggested weight loss is possible on plant based lifestyle, do we have any meal plans tailored to weight loss on FOK site?

Answer:
So, um, you know, on the Forks overnight website itself, um, that is administered by a different team, and, um, I encourage you to take a look at it. And, um, uh, I know they have a, a meal plan, for example. Um, and, uh, you can ask questions of their team at the bottom of the page. I believe it's where you're gonna find the, the, the contact us sort of information for, uh, the folks over Knives team. But, uh, you know, otherwise, uh, for the Rouxbe team, right, as we manage the for Over Knives cooking course here that we created for them, um, you know, we don't have a, a, a meal plan per se. I would say that the, the course itself, uh, is gonna provide the training and education to you directly, so you'll be empowered to create your own meal plan. Uh, the course contains, uh, many practice recipes, uh, that you can just simply use on their own if you know, if you like them. And, uh, feel free to change them and, uh, tailor them, uh, to, to suit your palate, uh, you know, and your family and friends that you're feeding. Okay? And, uh, of course, uh, you know, as we talked about earlier in today's program, you can include, uh, added fats, you know, cooking oils, or you can omit them or just, uh, decrease them, uh, again, to suit the desired outcomes, uh, depending on your situation. And, uh, so the, the most important thing is right, uh, as we start to learn, uh, cooking, uh, there's, um, you know, there's a lot of empowerment, uh, that comes along with cooking. And, uh, it, it frees you from maybe, you know, uh, feeling the need to eat out or to buy something from the store that's, uh, ready made, because you're gonna have the skill and the know how to do it yourself. And so, I hope you enjoy the process, have patience, and, uh, keep on practicing.
