What are your thoughts on south indian cooking?

Answer:

You know, I will answer it with a very broad stroke and say that I think it's delicious. Um, you know, I, I think I'm familiar with probably a pretty small, you know, subset, um, of South Indian cooking. Um, you know, my experience, uh, in South India is primarily in Kerala, um, know touring in places like, um, moon Knot and Petard and Kochi and, and a few other places, uh, where I've, uh, I've eaten. I've, uh, you know, watched, uh, cooks, uh, doing their thing, uh, over and over. I've taken cooking classes and, um, also have, uh, you know, uh, done my share of, of eating of different types of South Indian foods, um, in restaurants and, um, in people's homes as well. And, uh, it is absolutely delicious, uh, very different style from other regions, uh, of India. And, um, uh, highly recommend that to everybody who, uh, perhaps unfamiliar, uh, with South Indian, uh, regional cuisines.
