Question:
I have a recipe that calls for scalded milk but I am using almond milk, do I need to scald the almond milk? This recipe is for custard.

My, my quick answer is, is probably not, um, uh, yeah, I, I'd say probably not. And, and here, you know, just give that a try and, um, I'm, I'm guessing that the results are gonna be fine for you.
